Foam Moldings

My husband and I have been slowly renovating our house since we bought it 3 years ago. We are also planning on ripping off the carpet and put either tiles or laminate wood flooring. I am also thinking on painting our living room's wall and maybe put foam moldings. I am really excited for our next project!

Baby Bok Choy Stir-Fry

My husband loves baby bok choy so much that is why I was so happy when I've found this recipe.

Baby Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

2 large heads baby bok choy ( 1 lb. total)

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups small cauliflower florets 

1 small onion, halved and sliced

2 Roma tomatoes, cored and cut into eights

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1/2 tsp. garlic pepper

1.) Trim stem ends of bok choy. Wash leaves, drain and slice stems and leaves; set aside

2.) Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat/ Add cauliflower and onion; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add bok choy, tomatoes, seasoned salt and garlic pepper. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
